Bistrot Al 5
On the hills of Fiesole, overlooking Florence and immersed in a context rich in history and atmosphere, the new story of Bistrot al 5 comes to life—a contemporary meeting place where conviviality, taste, and identity intertwine authentically. For this project, I oversaw the restyling of the spaces and the redefinition of the brand identity, working to create an image consistent with the soul of the bistrot and the experience it wishes to offer its guests. The intervention involved both the visual language through the works of Sara Falli and the atmosphere of the venue: from materials to colors, from the design of the spaces to coordinated communication, every detail was conceived to enhance the welcoming and elegant character of Bistrot al 5. The new design interprets the dialogue between Tuscan tradition and contemporary sensibility, transforming the bistrot into a recognizable, warm, and memorable space. Through an integrated design approach, the brand identity takes shape in the interiors, graphic elements, and overall customer experience, delivering an image capable of telling the story of the place, its style, and its vision of hospitality.
