Cristiano Filippini’s Ristoro

In Castelfranco di Sopra, an ancient butcher shop with roots dating back to 1750 becomes the beating heart of a contemporary restaurant, where family tradition and meat-based cuisine meet. My brand design project transformed this space into a recognizable venue, capable of telling the family story, the passion for raw materials, and the gastronomic experience in a coherent and memorable way. The Ristoro's identity enhances the simplicity and quality of the dishes, the conviviality of the counter and dining rooms, and the magic of the details: warm colors, family photographs, a wood-fired oven, and private areas for events. Every element speaks of care, craftsmanship, and authenticity, creating an experience that combines taste, memory, and a sense of belonging. My work has made visible what makes the Ristoro unique: passion, tradition, and an authentic relationship between those who cook and those who taste.
