Manna Organic

Manna Organic is a regenerative agriculture and biodiversity restoration project founded in South Tyrol, in the Isarco Valley, based on the experience of Harald Gasser's Manna farm, and subsequently evolved into the Manna Organic Italia collective. I participated in this journey in Tuscany as a food designer, contributing to the project's development and the enhancement of ancient and rare plant varieties. I collaborated with a network of Tuscan farmers, including Simone Moschini, dedicated to protecting agricultural heritage and promoting a cultivation model based on biodiversity and regenerative agriculture.
