Pane e Marmellata

In Lucca, among the hills of Monte San Quirico, Pane & Marmellata is an agricultural pastry shop that tells a story of taste, land, and simplicity as a sensory experience. As a brand and food designer, my work was to translate the invisible values of the project—authenticity, slowness, connection with the land—into a coherent and recognizable visual and narrative identity. Every detail of the space, from natural materials to warm colors, from soft lighting to daily gestures, becomes part of an olfactory and tactile logo that speaks before any words. The brand design tells the story of the ingredients, the rhythm of the bakers, the memory of the seasons, and the intimacy of service, creating a coherent language across space, packaging, communication, and tone of voice.
