Villa D’Amelia
In the heart of the Langhe, amidst hazelnut groves, woods, and hills overlooking the Alps, stands Relais Villa d’Amelia, a 19th-century estate originally belonging to the Bonelli family, now transformed into an elegant relais under the care of the Barberis family. I oversaw the brand design project, working to enhance the history, architecture, and hospitality rituals of the location, such as the famous gesture of “Amelia’s water,” a symbol of the guest's sanctity. Every visual and sensory element—from the logo to the communication, from the spaces to the staging—is designed to narrate the unique identity of the Relais, creating a coherent and memorable experience for guests. Between historical architecture, iconic landscapes, and attention to detail, Relais Villa d’Amelia thus becomes a benchmark for hospitality in the Langhe, where history and design engage in a dialogue with the nature and culture of the territory.
