Nostrano was born in Pesaro in 2015 and carries with it a profound idea of belonging: for Chef Stefano Ciotti, being "nostrani" means staying connected to one's roots, to physical places and to the more invisible ones of interiority. The restaurant's identity reflects this vision, suspended between territory and soul. Immersed in the gaze of the Adriatic Sea, Nostrano lives in an environment conceived as an essential canvas that pays homage to the light and warm tones of sand. The interiors convey elegance and softness: the column clad in wrought iron scales with the word "Nostrano" in ceramic, the brass that illuminates the details, the glass wine vault, the central panadora supporting the service, down to the bare resin tables that recall a marbled sea ready to welcome guests for a personal "day at the beach," also the title of the tasting menu. This spirit guides Ciotti's cuisine: an invitation to rediscover the simple joy of childhood, the emotion of the first time facing the sea, that hidden "fairy tale" that everyone carries within. A gastronomic identity project that celebrates sincerity, territory, and emotion—a brand that today breathes light, warmth, and authentic belonging.
